Here are some common reasons to resolve logging in issues.

1.  You are not using the email you purchased the program with.
2.  You have entered your username or password too many times and you getting a blocked message.  Don't panic just give it 5 minutes and the block will clear
3.  If you have clicked the "Lost Password" link and you are not getting the email it is probably in your spam folder or you are putting in the wrong email.  Please use the email you used to order the program
4.  You are typing in your password incorrectly.  Please type it making sure you are typing it in correctly including any capital letters or lower case letters.
